FleXitrate is enabled by Prismaflex eXeed II, Gambro’s latest software improvement to the Prismaflex system. The Prismaflex eXeed II allows convective and diffusive therapies with fully integrated citrate management and calcium substitution to the patient.

In addition to integrated calcium management, FleXitrate includes Gambro’s full range of pre-formulated citrate anticoagulant solutions and calcium-free dialysis solutions for easier citrate implementation.
